I have seen this road the few times I have headed out toward Teller.

I finally got the opportunity to travel this road.  I am glad I did.

 I will let the fall colors speak for themselves.

The word I think describes Alaska best is:
                                       VAST


I also made the loop from the Council Road to Dexter, and back up Anvil Mountain.

 Those small black spots toward the upper left corner, just in the sunlight, are musk ox.

 Yes, I think if I had to pick only 1 word to describe Alaska, it would be VAST.
